Computer Based Test (CBT)

Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
Male: Lift 35 kg 100 metres in 2 min + 1000m run in 4 min 15 sec. Female: Lift 20 kg 100 metres in 2 min + 1000m run in 5 min 40 sec.
